About the role
What you’ll do:
- A LEADER OF EFFECTIVENESS: To be the brand and strategy leader. You will be the go-to person for brand and communications strategy, giving our creative firepower direction and focus.
- A CREATIVE AND BUSINESS PARTNER: To partner with the wider team (client service, creative, insight, medical & activation) on the marketing challenges clients bring to us, from long-term strategic brand development assignments to immediate tactical needs, applying class-leading thinking to help structure and direct our response to be as effective as possible.
- A QUALITY CONTROLLER: To make sure of any work we do meet the high standards we all expect.
- AN INSPIRING TEACHER: To inspire and develop the 21GRAMS team and clients through strategic thought-leadership, helping educate and shape the team’s skills and capabilities to foster further success for all.
- A STUDENT OF BRANDS & IDEAS: To work with the 21GRAMS World strategy team (global) in the development of approaches, models, techniques and thought-leadership pieces that ensure we are at the forefront of brand strategy.
- A BRINGER OF INFECTIOUS ENTHUSIASM: To partner with 21GRAMS and Real Chemistry colleagues to create and deliver appealing new business ideas, proposals, presentations.

What you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
